TIMINGS AND BREAKS: Pickup waiting time shouldn't be more than 10 min. Driver/vehicle job is only mentioned time of pick and drop with only short breaks on the way after each 1.5 hrs for short journeys and after 3/4 hours on long routes. duties are mostly from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm.
OVERTIME: will be charge per hour, (PER DAY VEHICLE RENT / 12 x DELAY TIME IN HRS). After 3 hours of delay full day extra payment will be charge from client/traveler including driver extra expenses.
EXTRA USAGE OF VEHICLE: Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / Jeeps / Vans and coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed.
MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS: It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, and Pakistani Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation. Documents as per details given below are applicable for different categories:\n● For foreign nationals – copy of Passport + valid Visa is mandatory.\n● For Non Resident Pakistani clients – copy of passport.\n● For Overseas Pakistani clients holding POC card – copy of passport and copy of POC card is mandatory.
BEHAVIOR: The members should always remember that we travel as a family. while traveling with OUTDOOR ADVENTURES (PVT) LTD Use of violent behavior, altercation, assaults, inappropriate gestures, verbal and physical abuse, aggressive behavior, or any other indecent acts are strictly prohibited. violence will not be tolerated.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: You acknowledge that the nature of the trip is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You will be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in our daily lives. We use information from government foreign departments and reports from our own contacts in assessing whether the itinerary should operate. However, it is also your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all possible relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration\nof this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks attendant upon such travel.
OFF ROADS AND MOUNTAINS: While traveling through the mountains, during incline and decline areas the air conditioned of the transport vehicle will be adjusted on on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating. From classic safari vehicles to off road trucks and converted jeeps in Pakistan, purpose-built vehicles have been designed for tough conditions. The vehicles all come without seat belts. Off road conditions are extremely tough on these vehicles. We hire off road vehicle from 3rd party, While they fastidiously maintain their vehicles, you should not expect your off-road destination to be your traditional touring experience. While it's certainly our aim to avoid them, it's important to realize that the occasional breakdown can happen and are best treated as part of the adventure. Due to any reason, political, weather, nature disaster, public event, or any reason, there may be times when we have to take an alternative route which will mean longer travel time extra charges not included in mentioned charges.
OVERLOADING OR EXTRA LUGGAGE allowed if not adjustable in the trunk.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: You are not allowed to use vehicle in any illegal activity otherwise you will be responsible for any damage or lost.
BELONGINGS: Nonetheless, members, travelers, and customer are expected to pick up personal belongings when exiting the vehicle. In case of theft, loss, damages, incidents, accidents, or any break down OUTDOOR ADVENTURES (PVT) LTD and any of its employee, guide, driver, team, or member will not be responsible. All charges up to date and time of the incident will be applied.
SAFETY AND ITINERARY: Every possible precaution will be taken for the safety of travelers throughout the journey. But the trip can run into unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches, landsliding, or any other accidents. Unfortunately sometimes such disasters cannot avoided or ruled out. You will be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in our daily lives. However, it is also your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all possible relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. If any type of event occur during the tour, OUTDOOR ADVENTURES (PVT) LTD team, staff or drivers will not be held responsible under any condition.
HEALTH AND MEDICATION: To make sure you choose a destination that meets your fitness level. Also check with your doctor to see if any pre-existing medical conditions or medication you are taking will affect your ability to travel. Personal insurance, medications, evacuation, phone calls, and personal expenses, due to road blocks, and /or other reasons are the responsibility of each individual on board, these services are not included. You are not allowed to join any OUTDOOR ADVENTURES (PVT) LTD Event or activity if you are suffering from any diseases or sickness which is contagious to others who are in trip. Please keep in mind the safety of yourself and other members. You have to be reasonably fit to fully participate in one of our trips, as they do require some level of active participation. To make sure you choose a trip that meets your fitness level. Also check with your doctor to see if any pre-existing medical conditions or medication you are taking will affect your ability to fully participate in the trip.
